Shippment:
We handle all kinds of shipping ways according to the customer's request, such as by sea, by air, by express(EMS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, SODEXI, UPS). Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.
Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with our shoes, you can ship back, we will refund the value of shoes to your next orders..Please make sure it's in unworn and unused condition and original packaging. When return, please write on a paper and put in the parcel so we know from you: the item number(same as in our website) and your email address.
Customs policy:
For the customs clearean, we have many methods and experiences, so your package always will safe to deliver. But if there have a exception, like your package was held at your country customs, we will attempt to let it released, if not then, we will refund the value of shoes to your next order,but the shipping fees is not fefundable. If the package have problem in Chinese customs, we will resend all, you will not need pay any other charge. All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held in your local post until you are able to sign for the package.
